STRUCTURE of FEES:
- Marriage Ceremony - from $ 450.00 depending on ceremony

Naming or other similar ceremony - from $ 200.00 for standard ceremony

Registry office type of Marriage Ceremony - $ 350.00
- Funeral or Memorial ceremony - from $ 395.00
Booking Fee - A booking fee of $ 150.00 is payable on acceptance of my services - this is important as I need a commitment from my couple to avoid disappointing other couples wanting the same wedding date
Balance - generally a week prior to the ceremony.
Refunds - As I pride myself in the service I provide I am confident that there would not be a need for a refund. However under exceptional circumstances the fee minus the deposit would be refunded.
Cancellation - of the ceremony or postponement - the client will forfeit the booking fee paid. In the case of a postponement a maximum time frame of of 3 months in which to re-schedule the ceremony - thereafter the deposit will be forfeited.
Travel - Any travel that would not normally be incurred such as air tickets, extra ordinary travel expenses would be for the account of the client
Normal travel - included in the fee within a range of 30 klms thereafter there will be a .66c per klm travel fee levied in addition to the standard agreed fee - this will be discussed in your interview with me.
Meetings can be arranged either at my place or at a convenient location to suit (upto 30 klm radius) thereafter .66c klm charge for travel will be levied.
- Initial meeting to discuss your requirements and to enter into an agreement.
- Creation of the personalized script for your ceremony
- Next would be a rehearsal and follow up meeting
- Then the final ceremony will take place
Telephonic or email contact will be maintained to ensure that the planned ceremony is going according to plan and to put your mind at rest.
At the end of the day your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me and I will endeavour to ensure this in a professional, warm and friendly ceremony
In the event of any untoward circumstance I would ensure that if I were not able to attend the ceremony there would be a back up to replace me. However, I do not foresee a problem and am confident that I would be in attendance as planned. There would be no further cost to you should an unavoidable replacement be necessary.
